Tech USA is currently seeking motivated, competitive, and ambitious individuals who are looking to build a long term career in a sales driven environment. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be part of the Contract Division, responsible for establishing new business to maximize revenue and profits. You will also manage and train junior level recruiters to deliver for your clients, as well as groom and promote them into business development roles.



  • Business Development:

    • Create and execute strategies to identify potential new clients using aggressive marketing and lead generation techniques

    • Generate leads, make cold calls, and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationally   

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and active clients to effectively grow your business

    • Qualify and negotiate job orders and contracts with potential clients

    • Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations

  • Management:

    • Develop a team of recruiters and hold them accountable for setting and hitting their goals with activity metrics

    • Work closely with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accounts

    • Promote team and help them advance in their career


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field

  • 1+ year/s of experience working in staffing sales, account management, or recruiter at an agency level


  • Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated

  • Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Strong ability to multitask  and prioritize

  • Confident in making decisions, taking direction, and executing a plan

  • Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients

  • Experience managing a team a plus
