Tech USA is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our client in their Downtown Chicago office! They are a health and wellness firm that specializes in finding the best path to better health for their clients. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
This position is a 90 day Contract-To-Hire which offers a significant pay increase at the time of conversion!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
