Tech USA is currently seeking an Account Manager for a full time position to be a part of a dynamic and diverse team, with an international engineering technology enterprise. We are looking for a seasoned, team oriented, quality minded, and motivated individual.
- Work independently to increase sales revenue
- Generate new customer and market leads based
- Generate appropriate and timely reporting / communications on sales, service, and related activities.
- Interface with and activate necessary internal resources to meet customer's needs and requirements.
- Prepare/meet sales budgets while maintaining expenses as directed.
- Responsible in maintaining assigned accounts.
- Develop sales budget and 3 month rolling forecast.
- Increase sales by identifying and pursuing active and/or prospective customers through sample requests, phone contacts, sales calls, trade shows, seminars, internet, etc.
- Responsible to develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing/new accounts.
- Responsible for timely update of customer service, technical and sales groups / managers of specific customer needs and developments via call reports, monthly reports, voicemail, and other appropriate methods.
- Recommend appropriate products, pricing, discounts, shipment options, etc., to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for new products/services in markets associated with sales activities.
- Operate within budget.
