Job Title: Capital Equipment Marketing Program Manager

The Capital Equipment Marketing Program Manager will partner with the Capital Sales team to create new selling opportunities through advanced targeting and market agitation.
  • Utilize market analytics and advanced targeting tools to determine appropriate locations for new capital sales
  • Develop road show programs in collaboration with Capital sales team and local Recon Management, targeting hospital administration and surgeons for new capital sales
  • Coordinate and execute road show programs in collaboration with Capital sales team and local Recon Management
  • Build and execute local marketing plans to agitate the selling opportunities in low penetration markets
  • Partner with downstream marketing program managers to facilitate hand off of account after new capital sales purchase
  • Partner with marketing services group to develop necessary marketing tools for agitation initiatives
  • Travel up to 40%

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required for this role. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales or business management role

  • Background in capital sales and marketing process in healthcare highly preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups in a team oriented environment

  • Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership

  • Strong analytical, project management skills
