Immediate opening for an Admin Assistant with a large mechanical contractor in the Scottsdale area.
We are looking for an someone who is dependable, detailed, and a team player. This person would provide support to both the internal office staff and customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Very well organized and highly motivated
- The ability to balance multiple tasks on a daily basis.
- Experience with front office coordination
- Strong customer service focus with a drive to solve problems
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Must have previous experience working for a construction or mechanical contractor
- 2+ years’ experience working in administrative support
- Proficiency with Work, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time and project management skills
