Experience - A minimum of five (5) years managing concrete construction crew and operating equipment (excavator, skid steers, and large excavators). Preferably experience with a concrete contractor or geotechnical specialty contractor, constructing foundation systems (shallow and pile caps), grade beams, thickened mats, concrete underpinning, slab-on-grade floor members and retaining walls.
Duties:
· Manage a crew of 5 to 12 general, semi-skilled and skilled laborers to construct concrete elements
· Operate Efficiently a Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, and Large Excavator
· Direct safely 3rd part equipment, including but not limited to; ready-mix trucks, pumps and conveyors
· Complete company paperwork daily. Paperwork usually consists of reports, safety meetings and change orders
· Maintain company equipment, tools, trailers, and vehicles under your supervision
· Drive company vehicle and transport company equipment from shop/yard to various project sites
· Order materials required at project sites
· Read and implement plans and specifications
