Our Client is currently seeking a Service Manager ot join their team in Denver.
- Plan, coordinate and direct overall operations of the Resdidential service department
- Lead a team of 3-5 technicians
- Coordinate with service dispatcher to ensure proper scheduling of technicians
- Process warranties for parts and returns
- Serve as technical escalation point for issues on HVAC service calls and customer complaints
- Work with outside vendors to order job materials and parts as well as maintaining inventory
- Keep service tech’s organized, accountable and responsible
