Project Engineer Phoenix, AZ Duties and Responsibilities: TechUSA is seeking a Project Engineer that will be responsible for providing design services on projects such as apartment and condominium designs, high density mixed use projects, hotels and hospitality, medical, single family subdivisions, industrial and other developments. The PE will report to a PM as well as Director of Engineering. Other duties will include preparing plans and reports along with overseeing and directing other team members such as CAD technicians. The PE will also be responsible for designing storm water management facilities as well as public and private utilities and prepare relevant reports. They will also conduct physical site inspections; prepare development feasibility reports and conceptual layout of residential and commercial plans. Skills: - Provide professional customer service in both writing and verbal channels.
- Ability to thoroughly read, analyze, and interpret government regulations and procedures
- Competency with preparing technical reports
- Skillfully present information and be able to effectively answer questions in a timely manner
- Proficiency with defining problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
- Motivated to grow personally and advance team goals
Certifications and Licenses: - Active AZ PE license and valid Driver"s License
