Support “best demonstrated practices” by communicating and cooperating with team members to implement technological changes, exchange experiences, ideas, and solutions to operating problems/challenges.
Ensure there is an ongoing program to control and reduce cost, improve quality and operating efficiency.
Maintain a strong internal customer focus by cooperating with other departments and support groups.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective communications program which includes communicating plant mission and results and providing customer feedback to all team members.
Maintain high levels of team member performance and morale through ongoing monitoring, coaching, guidance and continuous feedback.
Ensure all team members have proper authority to conduct job duties as assigned.
