Job Title: Regional Branch Manager

Description: 
As a Regional Branch Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: 


  • Driving the MKD safety culture.

  • Overall responsibility for the MKD field operations function

  • Functioning within the senior management team.



  • Supervising the Project Management team

  • Leading the field electrical operation

  • Developing business plans including forecasts, budgets and metrics driving toward increased efficiencies and effectiveness, and to monitor and measure success.

  • Sales & Marketing - work with the business development and project management teams on expanding the field electrical book of business.  This includes developing marketing plans, customer development, and presentations, assisting in estimating, ongoing relations, and similar activities.

  • Working with Human Resources on all field team member matters, recruiting, interviewing, staffing, orientation, training & development, performance management, evaluation, compensation, career planning, discipline, and terminations.

  • Assisting with in-house technical training and career development of the electrical team as well as in setting the direction for internal and external training as required to meet business needs.

  • Reviewing, modifying and developing company policy and procedures as may be necessary.

  • Perform as a Project Manager, running and managing electrical projects as may be assigned.

  • Use and endorse MKD computer systems and evaluate them over time so as to be able to meet future business demands.

  • Ensure that all MKD work is performed according to appropriate codes/guidelines.

  • Handle other projects as may be assigned.


Performance Measurement: 


  • Safety contributions and record

  • Meeting or exceeding business plan parameters.

  • Development of high-performance electrical team.

  • Successful participation and contributions within the MKD senior management team.

Requirements: 
 Experience and Education Requirements:


  • 10 or more years applicable experience

  • College degree preferred – Business, Project Management, etc.

  • Significant heavy industrial electrical maintenance and construction experience

  • Proven leadership in a P&L level of responsibility.

  • Prior proven supervisory experience over a project management team

  • Valid Driver License and Authorized to work in the United States
