Charlotte Telecommunications company is looking for a individual with a strong knowledge base and experience with Avaya products and service engineering. The ideal candidate must be able to support and service clients throughout the Southeastern Region with maintenance and install requisitions. This technician will travel mainly throughout the East Coast and client will pay all expenses.

| Requirements:

*Perform installations, maintenance and service calls to client customers.
*Will be direct POC for Avaya products and services for client
*Will support the programming of Merlin Magix systems
*Responsible for upgrades of various Avaya series phone systems
*Tier II/III level of experience
