Responsibilities: Overseeing and/or producing construction plans, specifications, and other technical drawings in an efficient and timely manner. Construction plans and specifications must meet appropriate design standards, project & client requirements, and all applicable codes. Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines as well as be able to resolve engineering anomalies.

Requirements: Candidates must have a comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs & BIM/Revit; an overall understanding of MEP systems, with a thorough knowledge of building related Mechanical/HVAC systems; previous experience in commercial building design; and a degree from an accredited Engineering program. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience. PE Licensure / NCEES preferred.
