Real Estate Design/Build Development Company for dynamic, high profile multifamily projects has an opening for an Architect.

If you are an Architect who is licensed in Florida with at least 8+ years of experience working on multifamily residential buildings through every phase, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration we would like to talk to you. Your portfolio should contain townhome and mid-rise condominium and apartment projects.   If you want to work in a design/build environment that's team oriented and collaborative, our company could be the right fit for you.
If you are ready to advance your professional, technical, communications, and managerial skills to the next level in a Project Architect role and you already have the professional degree, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe experience to back it up, we would like to talk to you.

On a daily basis, you would be responsible for the preparation of project plans, diagrams, renderings, specifications, documentation of permit drawings and presentation renderings, plus help to supervise, coordinate and build relationships with external partners including design consultants.  You would be directly involved in the day-to-day construction activities where you will see your work come to life.

 -Minimum of 8+ years of technical experience in architecture.
 -Completed Professional degree in Architecture.
 -Prior experience in multifamily condominium and apartment projects. 
 -Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques. 
 -Knowledge of building materials and construction methods. 
 -Ability to interpret applicable building codes, local ordinances, and regulatory agencies. 
 -Ability to work with municipalities for approvals. 
 -Licensed in Florida and able to sign drawings and documents. 
 -Strong skills in Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite. 
 -Can produce a set of drawings. 
 -Strong rendering capabilities.
 -Ability to communicate effectively among team members and leadership. 
-Reports to head of construction.
