Description:	Award winning consulting firm searching for a HVAC/Plumbing Engineer in Orlando.    This will be a mid-level position for high energy office.  Unlimited growth potential!   Do basic plumbing plans for domestic water, sanitary and waste vent systems. Basic knowledge of plumbing practices, materials and fixtures and their application Producing red lines for CAD Technicians or developing CAD drawings  Equipment specifications. Systems specifications. Knowledge/understanding of mechanical building codes. Responsible to permit comments. Review shop drawing submittals. Demonstrated skills of Designer II. Insulation properties and application. Life cycle cost issues. Building design science. Advance knowledge and skills of materials, systems and their application. In-depth knowledge of national codes and applications to specific sites. Ability to resolve code issues.
Requirements:	Plumbing, DX, Sanitary, Wet Dry Systems experience shall include DX system, chilled water systems, and variable air systems. Position requires ability to run heating/cooling loads with Carrier and/or Trane programs.     Position requires ability to produce energy code calculations. Good communication skills are required.   5 years ecperience designing plumbing systems in large commercial buildings.
