Tech USA is currently seeking an experienced Regional Corporate Recruiter to join our team! As a Regional Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process, which entails sourcing active and passive candidates, phone screens, checking references, conducting interviews, posting job advertisements and networking with university. You will also be traveling to various colleges within your region for job fairs.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the industry

  • Work closely with team to support hiring initiatives

  • Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social media, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates

  • Evaluate candidates qualifications and strengths by interviewing, both face-to-face and over the phone, and checking references

  • Coordinate interviews, shadow days, feedback

  • Maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers to ensure understanding and support for short and long-term recruiting needs.

  • Adhere to the proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycle

  • Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations

  • Travel to various colleges for Job Fairs

  • Assist onboarding of new hires

Requirements: 
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field

  • 6 months-2 years recruiting experience

  • Experience working in a service-oriented industry a plus



  • Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated

  • Great organizational and communication skills

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • The desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment
