Currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage the building process for a large expansion being done at a manufacturing facility in the East Valley. This project is estimated to go 24 months and would be starting within the next few weeks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotes for architects and general contractors
- Manage architect and general contractor contract requirements
- Review and obtain design approval of building expansions with stakeholders
- Prepare Safety reviews, cost estimates, and milestone charts
- Track, manage, and communicate to stakeholders cost and timing of building expansion projects
- Maintain cost and schedule control of building expansion projects
- Manage impact of building expansion projects to current operations
- Manage construction supervision for quality and safety goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years Project Management Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Have used AIA documents
- Have used CIS construction format
- Capable of using AutoCad
- Know how to check compliance to the following codes: IBC, IPC, IEC, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
- Desired skills: Manufacturing plant experience, clean room. Preferred: chemical manufacturing experience
