What Is Preferred For This Position
  • Procore or other project management software experience
  • Experience in the following sectors: Self Storage, Multifamily, Retail, Commercial Office, Municipal, Automotive, or High End Residential

What You Will Be Doing
  • Ensure project quality, schedule, budget, safety and exceptional client experience goals are met.
  • Negotiate contract agreements subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage schedules, change orders, RFI and submittal process.
  • Present monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, PCO, CO, RFIs, submittals, safety and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
  • Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal Responses (RFP’s) and the formal presentation for a project.

Minimum Experience (yrs):  2+
Required Education:  Bachelors Degree
