As an Account Manager, you will be supporting the company's Sales Team with both existing and new accounts. When  clients require sales support, they count on our Account Management team to not only assist, but to unleash awesomeness in the process! You would not only satisfy their business needs but also help mold their success through objectives-setting, measurement, and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

Client facing sales support - preparing budgets and quotations on products and/or services
Communicating with sales and design department to ensure that projects in production meet rules and regulations, conceptual vision, and client expectations. Communicates with clients, relating to details, as required
Distribution and clarification of work orders to all associated production departments
Estimating costs for projects and assisting Sales with wording for proposals
Daily communication with production relative to project details and changes as they arise
Initiate and lead weekly project-specific meetings, communicate results to all affected team members
Develop crate content list and shipping manifest with assistance from Project Manager and Warehouse as needed
Manage and control subcontractor support for third-party services ordered/managed by company.
Learn and manage client inventory
With the assistance of the detailing department, create set-up package for on-site managers
Initiate and lead post-event meeting; thorough review of what happened, full accounting report of all associated costs and variances, publish findings to all team members with an emphasis on improvements in processes and procedures that can be applied to future projects. The objective is to increase efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability for company.
Show service estimates, show form completion, show service subcontractors, reconciliation of project expenses
Shipping documents and orchestration
Be swift in resolving issues
Assisting in the training and development of new team members when necessary
Travel may be required to support the sales team and/or clients at shows
